What we collect

There are two types of information that we collect.

1. Personal Information

This includes information such as your name, email address, home address, etc. This is information that you provide to us, for example through web forms, emails, or when making a purchase. It may also include information such as IP addresses (for example for logged in users, commenters on our blog).

2. Non-personal Information

This includes information such as which pages our visitors visit, their language preferences, the dates/times of their visits, etc. This information is provided to us through our website and through web browsers.

Why we collect this information

We collect personal information to provide our services to you. For example, we collect your email address so that we can respond to questions you have submitted.

We collect non-personal information so that we can understand how visitors use our site. This helps us improve our services. For example, we collect statistics on which pages are visited the most.

We may also collect both personal and non-personal information to protect our rights and those of our users.

What we do with your information

The information we collect is used to provide our services to you. We keep this information strictly private, except as explained below, or if required by law, or to protect our rights and those of our users.

Comment Form

If you post a comment to an article/content that appears on our website or social media pages, your comment and name/username will be public. If you wish to send a private message instead, you can use the Contact Form.

Questions / Comments

If you send/ask us a question or comment (for example through email or by completing one of our website forms) the personal information that you provide (such as your name, email address, etc.) will be kept strictly private unless its disclosure is required in order to provide a service (such as providing the Post Office with your name and address on a shipping label so that they can deliver a parcel to you).

If you send/ask us a question or comment, the topic of these might be mentioned on our site or social media pages. For example, we might write “A reader asked us to write an article about growth strategies”.
