Hi, we’re Peter and Tim, your business mentoring team.
We’ve spent decades as senior executives in various companies, going through many of the same problems and challenges that you face every day. We’ve faced restructuring, leadership struggles, operational woes, revenue shortfalls—just about any issue that you can imagine.
We’ve also spent decades as business mentors helping hundreds of companies navigate the many challenges (and opportunities!) that come with running a business.
When we first met, we discussed how few supports there are for small-to-mid-size companies. There are plenty of consulting companies that work with larger corporations, and a number of programs for new, small start-ups. But the SME market (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) is massively under-supported in terms of development and growth services that are designed with their realities in mind.
So we decided to create just such a service. Now we work as a team, combining our experience and strengths to help SME companies like yours move from surviving to thriving.
Your leadership team is self-sufficient, able to handle just about any problem that arises, without having to come to you for guidance.
You have no need to micromanage, as operations and processes are fine-tuned and seamless.

The Bootcamp
Our Business Optimization Bootcamp is a live, hands-on, highly interactive program that takes you and your leadership team through that alignment process.
By investing just 15 hours with us — spread over a 12-week period — together we’ll tackle your current challenges head on and teach you and your team how to plan for and implement a powerful blueprint for your success.
Together, we will develop effective, transformative processes to solve those challenges, as well as future ones that may arise.
The end goal is to transform your company into a disciplined, cohesive organization that lives the potential of your company’s vision.
You’ll do this by focusing on accelerating the development of 3 core areas of your business: leadership team, strategy and operations. When all three of these are finely honed, and working in complete harmony with each other, you have an optimized business.
During the Bootcamp, we work hands-on with you and your leadership team. Together we’ll ensure you have a crystal clear strategic direction, then you’ll develop the potential in your leadership team. Collectively we’ll target the real challenges you are currently facing, and help you develop a plan for solving them, a plan that is actionable and supports your company’s overall strategy.
But we don’t stop there. That’s because a plan is just a plan until it’s actually carried out. So a large part of the Bootcamp focuses on supporting you as you actually implement the plan we’ve helped you create — where “the rubber hits the road”. With regular touch points and guidance, we continue mentoring you as your team works the plan and applies the solutions, helping you realize its full execution and success.
We’re there to help you every step of the way.
